Let’s veer from the path of my personal journey today.

A little background on what you will be reading below:
Through Facebook, I read a poem that spoke to me very deeply. As the impetuous person those close to me know me to be, I messaged the author to ask for her permission to publish her work on my Blog. Lo and behold, Becky Hemsley personally responded, permitting me to do so as long as I credit her. Deal done!
Without further ado, I would like you to join me in welcoming her today as we share the first of many such renderings that will be featured along the way.
Writings like this keep me grounded in the here and now while allowing myself to feel the loss in my daily life.
